1. SELF PICK UP
1.1 Pickup from LSG/Cake Kitchen
Our office is situated at 166 Guerrero Street, Harmon Industrial Park, Tamuning, Guam 96913. You can come to pick up your order at every hour
from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
1.2 Since LSG/Cake Kitchen is regulated by Transportation Security Administration (TSA),
Please provide picture of ID to security personnel and follow their instructions for screening before entering into our facility. Any explosives, firearms, ammunition or weapons are prohibited within LSG/Cake Kitchen area except government officials on duty.
1.3 Cut off Time
Email, Phone or Walk-in order: cut off time is 16:00 pm. For order made before 16:00 pm and payment settled at the same day, the earliest pick up time will be 08:00 am two (2)days after our confirmation of your order.
Online Order: cut off time is 16:00Â pm. For order made with full payment at or before 16:00 pm, the earliest pick up time will be 08:00 am two (2) days after our confirmation of your order.
1.4 Upon self pick up, you are required to check the quantity and condition of your ordered products/items. By your or your authorized representative’s signing an acknowledgment of receipt, you confirm and agree satisfactory receipt of your ordered products/items. Subject always to your statutory rights, we shall not be obliged to offer any refund or other products/items if you subsequently claim that the products/items that you picked up are not the products/items ordered and paid for by you or are damaged or spoiled.
1.5 Self pick up will be suspended when typhoon core 1 or above is hoisted in Guam or such other weather conditions whereby self pick up is considered unsafe in our sole discretion. In this event, you will be contacted to re-schedule the self pick up.
1.6 To the extent permissible by law, our liability for any product/item you purchased is limited to replacement or refund. All other remedies are excluded. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
