What if I have allergies?

Your health and safety is important to us. If you or your dining companions have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please email gum.cakekitchen.cs@lsgskychefs.com or call (671) 648-5801 before placing an order.

Can I customize the menu?

We are afraid that the menu cannot be customized to accommodate dietary preferences.

Questions About My Order

Can I order in a guest account (without a Cake Kitchen Guam Account)?

You are most welcome to place orders in a guest account.

I don’t have my Credit Card, can I Pay cash?

The online system can only process electronic payment. However, you may come to our office to place your order and pay cash.

How Can I place my order?

Besides placing order from this online page, you may also email gum.cakekitchen.cs@lsgskychefs.com to obtain order form, return order form to us so we can process your order. You may also call us @ (671) 486-5801 or place order in person at LSG.

What time will my order be ready to pick up or delivered?

We do delivery daily. But currently the online ordering is not able to process delivery order, please email gum.cakekitchen.cs@lsgskychefs.com or call (671) 648-5801 for delivery order. To ensure our service quality, your orders must be placed at least 2 days before your preferred delivery date.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if you need to correct your delivery address or contact information, please email gum.cakekitchen.cs@lsgskychefs.com or call (671) 648-5801 and we will assist you.

What if I want to add something to my order?

If you would like to add more items to your order, please email gum.cakekitchen.cs@lsgskychefs.com or call (671) 648-5801 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

After your order is submitted, your order confirmation will be sent to your email address within 24 hours through order@shopline.com. Please contact us by emailing to gum.cakekitchen.cs@lsgskychefs.com or call (671) 648-5801 if you have not received an order confirmation after placing an order over 24 hours.

We accept payment by VISA, Master, American Express, Union Pay, Diners Club or Discover Credit Card

Is there a minimum order value?

Some products may required minimum order value.

Is there any delivery charge?

Delivery Charge will be apply according to different locations.

Self-pick-up at LSG Sky Chefs/Cake Kitchen Guam office: No delivery charge.

Do I have to tip?

No, thank you. If you are happy with our quality and services, please give us a like on FB or IG and share our posts with your friends.

Questions About Pick Up and Delivery

How is the food delivered to me?

Food will be delivered chilled or hot in foil containers / packaging. Please keep the food in the refrigerator (5°C or below) if it is not for immediate consumption. The food will remain good for consumption within 24 hours of delivery if it keeps refrigerated.

Can I get my order if typhoon signal is on?

Delivery may be delayed or suspended. We will contact you to reschedule the delivery.

Is there any delivery charge?

Delivery Charge will be apply according to different locations.
